POSITION: Real Estate Property Scout / Boots-on-the-Ground Agent

LOCATION: Chetumal, Bacalar, & Huay Pix, Quintana Roo, Mexico

COMPENSATION: $15.00 USD Daily Stipend + High-Velocity Performance Bonuses

THE MISSION

Hit the streets to locate, verify, and secure highly lucrative real estate properties meeting our exact company blueprints. You will drop real-time map pins, coordinate with owners, and shoot high-quality walkthrough video footage on your phone.

Your daily tracking targets are strictly focused:

- Student Housing Blocks: Locate 8-studio apartment complexes within 10 minutes of the local university campus.
- Waterfront Premium Bases: Secure basic 2-bedroom residential houses or waterfront lake houses.

THE PERFORMANCE PAYOUT MATRIX

- Daily Base Stipend: $15.00 USD per day for active field work.
- Signed Lease Milestone: +$100.00 USD cash bonus instantly for every finalized property contract you bring in.




- Studio Target Special: +$220.00 USD extra cash bonus for securing student blocks at our $125 move-in special.
- Waterfront House Special: +$50.00 USD extra cash bonus for locking a Huay Pix house within our $400–$450 threshold.

REQUIREMENTS

- High-level written and spoken English and Spanish to coordinate directly with senior corporate leadership.
- Tech and navigation fluent (Navigating mobile apps, mapping software, and WhatsApp video delivery).
- Absolute zero-infraction discipline, high self-motivation, and pride in execution.
