Your RoleThe Product Lead is responsible for executing the delivery of enterprisedata products, data warehouse solutions, and system integrations in alignmentwith defined product strategy. This role works closely with Product Managers,data engineering, and business stakeholders to translate roadmap prioritiesinto actionable requirements, ensuring the reliable and scalable delivery ofdata solutions that support reporting, analytics, and operational needs. TheProduct Lead drives backlog execution, data quality, and cross systemintegration while ensuring adherence to enterprise data governance and platformstandards. Product strategy and roadmap into detailed features, user stories, anddata product requirements, including data models, transformations, andintegration needs.

Your ProfilePartner with engineering, QA, and delivery teams to ensure highquality, scalable, and timely delivery of data solutions.

Define and document data definitions, lineage, and acceptancecriteria to ensure consistency, usability, and transparency.

Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning andbacklog refinement, to support effective delivery.

Ensure data quality, integrity, and reliability through validation,testing, and monitoring practices.

Support integration efforts across systems, ensuring accurate andtimely data flow between upstream and downstream platforms.

Track and communicate product progress, risks, dependencies, andimpacts across systems and data pipelines.

Support user acceptance testing, releases, and post launchvalidation of data products and reporting outputs.

Drive continuous improvement by incorporating user feedback, datausage insights, and performance metrics.

Ensure alignment with enterprise standards, data governance,security,



and compliance requirements.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, data product delivery, business analysis, or related discipline.

Experience working with data warehouse platforms, data pipelines, and systemintegrations in an enterprise environment. Experience working in agile environments and partnering closely with engineering, QA, and delivery teams. Experience managing product backlogs and supporting end-to-end delivery of data or integration solutions.

Experience working with enterprise data platforms, cloud data warehouses, or modern data stack technologies. Experience with ETL or ELT processes, data integration tools, and data transformationExperience with data governance, data quality, and metadata or lineage practices.

Experience working across multiple systems and managing dependencies in complex dataStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex data and integration challenges.
