Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior SAP PP Lead to join our team for a long-term contract opportunity. The idóneo candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in SAP Production Planning, manufacturing processes, and SAP PP implementation, configuration, and support.

Experience:
5–8 years

Location:
Hybrid, with occasional travel to Mexicali as required

Key Responsibilities
• Lead SAP PP activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, implementation, and support.
• Analyze manufacturing requirements and translate them into effective SAP PP solutions.
• Configure and optimize production orders, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), capacity planning, and shop-floor processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams working on SAP MM, SD, QM, and other related modules.
• Manage stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment between business requirements and SAP solutions.
• Support integration testing,



User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and production support.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend best practices to enhance manufacturing efficiency.
• Drive SAP PP implementation, enhancement, and support activities while ensuring successful project delivery. Required Skills
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Production Planning (SAP PP).
• Expertise in SAP PP configuration, MRP, production orders, and capacity planning.
• Good understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes.
• Experience in SAP implementation, enhancements, and support.
• Strong functional requirement-gathering and solution-design skills.
• Knowledge of cross-functional SAP integration, particularly SAP MM, SD, and QM.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
