Role Description The Recruitment Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Benito Juárez, CMX. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, including workforce planning, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection for multiple positions and levels. The Recruitment Manager collaborates closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and develop effective recruitment strategies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing recruitment metrics and reports, coordinating assessment and onboarding activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations, and maintaining strong relationships with external recruiting partners and educational institutions. The role also involves leading and mentoring the recruitment team, optimizing processes and tools,



and promoting an inclusive employer brand to attract diverse talent. Qualifications
• Experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection for high-volume and specialized roles.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR databases, and recruitment platforms (e.g., job boards, social networks).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership to align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze recruitment data, track KPIs, and create reports to inform decision-making and improve processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct structured interviews and represent the company professionally to candidates.
• Experience leading or supervising recruitment teams, including coaching, performance feedback, and workload planning.
• Knowledge of local labor laws and best practices related to hiring, equal employment opportunity, and non-discriminatory recruitment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in BPO/contact center or similar high-volume hiring environments in LATAM is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish and professional-level proficiency in English preferred.
