The Dasher Growth Marketing team is focused on building and nurturing our Dasher base by building a relationship with our couriers and providing them with an engaging and relevant cross-channel experience. The Dasher Growth Marketing team at DoorDash is growing rapidly, and as our Mexico City Media Ops pod matures, we're adding a dedicated Associate Manager to own the quality, consistency, and coordination of our day-to-day acquisition engine.
We're looking for a talented and driven Associate Manager to lead quality, coordination, and stakeholder management for our Dasher paid acquisition program across the U.You'll review and sign off on the team's campaign builds, audits, QA, testing, and reporting, while staying hands-on enough to jump into channel and media management yourself whenever a channel or media owner needs support, coverage, or a second set of eyes. You'll also be one of the main points of contact for our publisher and vendor partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Reddit) and drive cross-functional alignment across media, creative, and analytics teams.
You'll partner closely with the Media Ops and Creative Strategy Senior Associates to prioritize their work, ensure consistent quality across campaigns and reporting, and translate performance and creative insights into a clear, prioritized backlog. You'll also collaborate with Associate Managers across other lines of business to share learnings, align on best practices, and keep our approach to media ops consistent across teams. You'll also be involved in budget allocation and media strategy, in partnership with the Manager, Dasher Performance Marketing and the broader Dasher Paid Media team.
Based in Mexico City (CDMX), you'll be part of the founding leadership layer of our local office.
You will report directly to our Manager, Dasher Performance Marketing (CDMX).
Own quality and accountability for our Dasher paid acquisition program: review and sign off on campaign builds, audits, channel optimizations, geo-targeting updates, and change logs produced by the Media Ops and Creative Strategy Senior Associates.
Serve as the primary point of contact for our publisher and vendor partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Reddit), owning escalations to vendors and Martech when issues arise.
Own accountability for the testing and experimentation roadmap — ensuring alpha/beta assessments, incrementality tests, and A/B creative tests are executed with rigor, and that test readouts translate into clear next steps.
Be accountable for the quality of weekly and monthly reporting, dashboards, and campaign QA/tracking validation.
Own budget reallocation recommendations and subchannel budget allocation/deployment.
Drive cross-functional alignment and roadmap prioritization across media, creative, and analytics teams, and lead strategic review of new initiatives alongside senior leadership.
Provide day-to-day prioritization, coaching, and quality feedback for Senior Associates helping them grow while ensuring their execution meets DoorDash's acquisition standards.
Partner with the Dasher Performance Marketing team on CANZ media strategy and synthesize cross-regional learnings back to the broader team.
You have 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, paid search and paid social, (programmatic is a plus) including experience operating at a senior individual-contributor level (e.g., Senior Associate/Specialist) before stepping into a role with broader accountability.
You have direct, hands-on experience with media buying, campaign optimization, and creative testing, either at an agency or in-house — and you know what "good" looks like well enough to review and QA someone else's work.
You have experience owning relationships with publisher and platform partners (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, etc.), You have a strong track record designing and overseeing experimentation roadmaps (A/B, incrementality, bidding algorithm tests), with experience owning complex tests.
You are highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and have deep familiarity with performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, CVR, CTR, and LTV.
Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution (preferred)
Knowledge of SQL (preferred)
