We are seeking a Lead Technical Program Manager to drive delivery of complex, high-impact programs that advance eCommerce products and platform strategy.
As a Lead TPM, you will operate as a single-threaded owner for large initiatives, managing multiple projects and programs end to end. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and senior leadership to translate strategy into execution, balance business priorities with technical constraints, and deliver outcomes with quality, predictability, and scale.
8+ years of experience in software engineering, systems engineering, system architecture, or technical product/program management.
~ Technical Background - Java or .NET application development experience preferred
~ Strong understanding of software development fundamentals , including distributed systems, APIs, data stores, and cloud services .
~ Ability to read and reason about code and architecture (hands-on coding not required).
