About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance simulation software using C++, Python, and other relevant programming languages.
- Implement and optimize numerical algorithms for solving complex physical phenomena.
- Collaborate with domain experts to define requirements and translate engineering problems into simulation models.
- Develop user-friendly interfaces and workflows for simulation tools to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of simulation software to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Optimize code for performance, scalability,



and maintainability.
- Document software designs, algorithms, and usage guidelines comprehensively.
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in computational science and software engineering.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on scientific or engineering applications.
- Strong proficiency in C++ and Python programming languages.
- Solid understanding of numerical methods, finite element analysis (FEA), or computational fluid dynamics (CFD) is highly desirable.
- Experience with parallel computing and high-performance computing (HPC) environments.
- Familiarity with software development best practices, including version control (Git) and unit testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
