About the Role

Our client, a forward-thinking corporation with multiple facilities, is seeking an experienced and innovative Gerente de Servicios de Limpieza y Sostenibilidad to lead their environmental hygiene initiatives from Zapopan, Jalisco . This senior management position is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive cleaning strategies that not only ensure a pristine environment but also align with the company's commitment to sustainability and ecological responsibility. The adecuado candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of green cleaning practices, waste management, and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute a company-wide strategy for cleaning services, focusing on efficiency, quality, and sustainability.
- Evaluate, select, and implement eco-friendly cleaning products, technologies, and waste reduction programs.
- Oversee budgets for cleaning operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
- Manage and develop relationships with third-party cleaning service providers, ensuring contract compliance and performance standards.
- Ensure all cleaning operations comply with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Lead initiatives to reduce the environmental footprint of cleaning activities, including water and energy conservation.




- Develop training programs for staff and contractors on sustainable cleaning practices and waste management.
- Monitor industry trends and innovations in cleaning and sustainability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Facilities Management, EHS) to integrate cleaning and sustainability goals.
- Report on key performance indicators related to cleaning quality, cost, and sustainability metrics.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in facility management, environmental services, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a management role.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainable practices and green cleaning programs.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations, waste management principles, and sustainability best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Experience in a corporate or multi-facility environment is highly desirable.
