Key Responsibilities

Educate clients on the benefits of dermocosmetic products and professional treatments. Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and ingredients in the field of aesthetic dermatology and cosmetic science. Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑equipped treatment room, adhering to strict hygiene and safety standards. Manage client appointments, maintain accurate client records, and process payments. Provide personalized recommendations for skincare products based on individual skin types and conditions.



Assist in product inventory management and ordering as needed. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting services and products effectively.

Requirements

Certification or degree in Esthetics, Cosmetology, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as an esthetician or skincare specialist. In‑depth knowledge of skin anatomy, physiology, and common skin conditions. Proficiency in various facial treatment techniques and the use of related equipment. Experience with dermocosmetic product lines and their application. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client consultation. Strong understanding of hygiene, sterilization, and safety protocols. Ability to work adaptable hours, including some weekends, as required by the business needs.
