About the Role

Our client, a popular and successful restaurant in Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes , is seeking an experienced and energetic Gerente de Alimentos y Bebidas to oversee all F&B; operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with a passion for hospitality, a strong understanding of P&L; management, and the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team. You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality, managing costs, and driving revenue growth for our vibrant establishment. Your expertise will be vital to our continued success.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, ensuring seamless service and guest satisfaction.
- Manage and train front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and build loyalty.
- Control operational costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies, to meet budgetary goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage inventory and ordering of food, beverages, and supplies.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure menu quality and presentation.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and resolve service issues promptly.
- Drive sales through effective promotions and upselling techniques.




- Analyze sales data and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in restaurant management, with a focus on F&B; operations.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, control costs, and understand P&L; statements.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to train and motivate staff effectively.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is essential.
- Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work versátil hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Passion for the food and beverage industry.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Aguascalientes, Aguascalientes .
