About the Role

Our client, a major industrial conglomerate, is seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Gerente de Operaciones de Limpieza y Saneamiento en Instalaciones Industriales to oversee its extensive operations in Saltillo, Coahuila . Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive cleaning and sanitation programs for multiple industrial sites.
- Oversee daily operations of cleaning crews, ensuring efficient task execution, quality standards, and timely completion.
- Manage departmental budgets, including labor, supplies, equipment procurement, and maintenance, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and environmental regulations, including OSHA and local industrial safety standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor cleaning staff and supervisors, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Implement best practices in industrial cleaning, waste management, and pest control.




- Conduct regular audits and inspections of facilities to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and ensure compliance.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for specialized cleaning services and equipment.
- Investigate and resolve any operational issues or incidents related to cleaning and sanitation.
- Collaborate with plant managers and other department heads to integrate cleaning operations with overall production goals and safety initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in managing industrial cleaning and sanitation operations, with at least 4 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in large-scale industrial environments (manufacturing, automotive, heavy industry).
- In-depth knowledge of industrial cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
- Strong understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations in an industrial context.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills.
