This position is crucial for identifying, evaluating, and advancing high-potential exploration projects across Mexico. You will be responsible for designing and executing exploration strategies, managing drilling programs, and conducting detailed geological analysis to maximize discovery success. The adecuado candidate possesses extensive experience in exploring for gold and silver deposits, a strong understanding of structural geology, and proficiency in advanced exploration techniques and software. As a remote-first role, you will leverage digital collaboration tools to work seamlessly with geologists, geochemists, geophysicists, and management teams worldwide. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and manage comprehensive exploration programs for precious metal targets.
- Design and oversee diamond and reverse circulation drilling campaigns, ensuring efficient data acquisition.
- Conduct detailed geological mapping, sampling,



and core logging to characterize mineralization.
- Interpret geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to define drill targets and exploration models.
- Collaborate with resource geologists for preliminary resource estimations and target validation.
- Manage exploration budgets and ensure adherence to project timelines.
- Prepare high-quality technical reports, presentations, and prospect evaluations.
- Mentor junior geologists and provide technical guidance to the exploration team.
- Maintain strong relationships with local communities and stakeholders in exploration areas.

Requirements

- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Geology, Economic Geology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in grassroots and advanced exploration for gold and silver.
- Demonstrated success in discovering and advancing precious metal deposits.
- Expertise in structural geology, geochemistry, and exploration geophysics relevant to precious metals.
- Proficiency in industry-standard geological modeling and data management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Proven ability to work independently and effectively in a remote team environment.
