About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Facilitador de Capacitación para el Desarrollo Profesional to lead engaging training sessions entirely online. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in delivering training or facilitation, preferably in a professional development context.
- Proven experience with virtual facilitation and proficiency in using online collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex).
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and various training methodologies.
- Excellent public speaking, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills in Spanish.
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences in an online setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Experience in curriculum or content development is a plus.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple sessions.
