About the Role

Our client, a dynamic tech startup, is seeking an experienced Mobile Application Project Manager to lead the development of innovative mobile solutions. This role is ideal for a candidate passionate about mobile technology and adept at managing the full lifecycle of app development. You will be responsible for guiding cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, and QA testers, to deliver high-quality mobile applications on time and within budget. The position offers a hybrid work model, allowing for a blend of remote work and on-site collaboration at our offices in Acapulco, Guerrero, MX . The idóneo candidate will have a strong understanding of both iOS and Android development platforms, agile methodologies, and experience managing complex app projects. You will play a key role in defining project scope, managing backlogs, mitigating risks, and ensuring seamless communication between teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of mobile applications, from concept to deployment.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and development teams to define requirements and prioritize features.
- Oversee the work of UI/UX designers, mobile developers (iOS/Android), and QA engineers.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and dependencies.
- Ensure the quality and performance of delivered mobile applications.
- Communicate project status, updates,



and key decisions to stakeholders regularly.
- Foster a collaborative and productive team environment.
- Stay current with the latest mobile technology trends and best practices.
- Manage app store submission processes and post-launch updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, with a significant focus on mobile application development.
- Proven experience managing native iOS and/or Android app projects.
- Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycles, tools, and technologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficiency in mobile project management tools (e.g., Jira Mobile, Asana, Trello).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience with cross-functional team management.
