About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and experienced Científico de Datos para IA y Modelado Predictivo to join their team in Zapopan, Jalisco . You will be responsible for leveraging advanced data analysis techniques, machine learning, and AI to develop predictive models that drive strategic business decisions and uncover valuable insights. Key Responsibilities

Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Develop, train, and validate predictive models using machine learning and AI techniques. Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to evaluate model performance. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into data science solutions. Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and deployment. Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. Stay current with the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI. Ensure the quality, integrity, and ethical use of data and models. Develop visualizations and reports to present data insights effectively. Contribute to the overall data strategy and roadmap.





Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on predictive modeling and AI.
- Expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and AI concepts.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, and relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, pandas).
- Strong experience with SQL and database technologies.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms is a plus.
