About the Role

Our client, a dynamic organization focused on driving positive social change, is seeking an experienced and visionary Gerente de Desarrollo de Proyectos de Impacto Social for their Monterrey, Actual León operations. This leadership role is paramount to identifying, conceptualizing, and launching innovative projects that address pressing social issues within the region and beyond. You will be responsible for the entire project lifecycle, from ideation and feasibility studies to strategic planning, funding acquisition, and successful implementation. Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and assess opportunities for new social impact projects aligned with organizational mission and strategic objectives.
- Develop comprehensive project proposals, business plans, and feasibility studies, including detailed budgets and impact metrics.
- Lead the fundraising and grant writing efforts to secure necessary financial resources for project initiation and execution.
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of multiple social projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Build and nurture strategic partnerships with government entities, private sector organizations, foundations, and community groups.
- Manage project teams, providing direction, mentorship, and support to ensure effective collaboration and performance.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes against established goals, and generate regular reports for stakeholders and leadership.
- Manage project budgets,

Requirements

- Master's degree in Public Policy, Business Administration (MBA with social impact focus), International Development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project development, management, and implementation, with a significant focus on social impact initiatives.
- Demonstrated success in securing funding through grants, partnerships, and other fundraising mechanisms.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including budget oversight and team leadership.
- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities, with experience engaging diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of the social, economic, and political landscape in Nuevo León and Mexico is a strong asset.
- Fluency in English is highly desirable.
