ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Work directly with project managers to help implement project objectives.
- Assign tasks to staff to implement project objectives, as needed.
- Oversee the various aspects of projects and provide direct assistance to ensure timely project execution.
- Serve as a liaison with the project leader and project managers to maintain the project schedule and efficiency.
- Assist with the procurement of materials and other items necessary to complete project objectives.
- Review changes to orders or amendments to specifications, preliminary designs, and plans as appropriate.
- Ensure that related documents and budgets are modified as necessary to reflect changes in project specifications.
- Provide ongoing communication and progress reports to company managers, directors, and executives.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Advanced English (required to conduct fluid work-related conversations, both oral and written)
- Professional Degree (or Intern) ONLY MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING (REQUIRED)
