About the Role

Our client, a dynamic hospitality group managing a portfolio of unique hotels and resorts, is seeking a results-driven Gerente de Marketing Digital to lead their online presence and digital marketing strategies. This is a fully remote position, perfect for a seasoned digital marketer passionate about the travel and hospitality industry. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation, to drive bookings, enhance brand awareness, and engage target audiences. The adecuado candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital landscape within the hospitality sector and a proven ability to translate marketing strategies into measurable business results. Working from home, you will collaborate with a distributed team to elevate our client's brands and attract discerning travelers. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement a robust digital marketing strategy to increase online visibility, bookings, and revenue for hotel properties.
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEM campaigns to improve search engine rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Oversee social media strategy, content creation, community management, and paid social advertising.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional offers, and automated customer journeys.
- Create engaging and compelling website content, blog posts, and other marketing collateral.
- Analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and ROI using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).




- Manage the digital marketing budget effectively and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, particularly within the hospitality industry.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors as needed for specialized digital marketing services.
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Digital Marketing Manager or similar role, with a focus on the hospitality or travel industry.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising platforms, and email marketing software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website CMS platforms is a plus.
