This role is vital for designing, implementing, and overseeing advanced systems for wastewater treatment and environmental sanitation across various industrial and municipal applications. Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and optimize wastewater treatment processes and systems.
- Monitor water quality parameters and ensure compliance with environmental discharge standards and regulations.

- Develop and manage operational procedures for treatment facilities, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to water and wastewater treatment.

- Prepare technical reports, proposals, and documentation for clients and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with engineers, scientists, and project managers on integrated environmental solutions.
- Develop and implement strategies for sludge management and resource recovery from wastewater.
- Provide technical guidance and training to operational staff.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related scientific field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in wastewater treatment, environmental sanitation, or water resource management.
- In-depth knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies, processes, and chemistry.
- Familiarity with national and international environmental regulations and permitting processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
- Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
- Experience with project management and cost estimation is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
