About the Role

Our client, a major player in the retail sector, is seeking a results‑driven Project Manager to spearhead initiatives focused on optimizing their supply chain and logistics operations. Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of supply chain and logistics projects.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, resources, budget, and timelines.
- Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation and contingency plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, warehousing, and transportation.
- Oversee the implementation of new logistics technologies and process improvements.
- Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects adhere to company standards and best practices in supply chain management.
- Manage relationships with third‑party logistics providers and suppliers.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a specialization in supply chain and logistics.
- Proven experience in managing projects related to warehouse operations, inventory management, transportation, or order fulfillment.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles and best practices.
- Experience with supply chain software and technologies (e.g., WMS, TMS, ERP modules).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
