About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct , is seeking a knowledgeable and client-oriented Especialista en Seguros de Hogar - Remoto to join their fully remote insurance team. This role is focused on providing expert advice and solutions for homeowners' insurance needs across Mexico. You will connect with clients virtually, assess their property risks, and recommend suitable insurance policies. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of home insurance products, excellent communication skills, and a strong commitment to client service. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct virtual consultations to evaluate clients' home insurance requirements.
- Explain different homeowners' insurance policies, coverage options, and exclusions.
- Assist clients in completing applications accurately and efficiently.
- Provide ongoing support for policy adjustments and renewals.
- Guide clients through the claims process, ensuring a smooth and timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent service.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and regulations in the homeowners' insurance market.




- Utilize CRM and other digital tools to manage client interactions and sales data.
- Meet and exceed sales and service targets.

Requirements

- Proven experience in insurance sales, specifically in homeowners' insurance.
- Valid insurance license required.
- Comprehensive knowledge of home insurance products, risks, and underwriting principles.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport virtually.
- Proficiency with remote work technologies, including video conferencing and CRM software.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a remote workload effectively.
- A self-starter attitude with a results-driven mindset.
- High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office setup.
