About the Role

Our client, a dynamic firm specializing in industrial automation solutions, is seeking a skilled Ingeniero de Proyectos Mecánicos to join their expanding remote team. This position is fully remote, offering the flexibility to work from any location. You will be responsible for overseeing mechanical engineering aspects of various projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The idóneo candidate will have a robust background in project management and a deep understanding of mechanical systems, manufacturing processes, and automation technologies. Key Responsibilities

Manage the mechanical design and engineering phases of client projects from initiation to completion. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for mechanical engineering tasks. Coordinate with internal engineering teams, external vendors, and clients to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee the creation of technical drawings, specifications, and other project documentation. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for mechanical systems within projects. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues,



and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulatory requirements. Provide technical leadership and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline. Proven experience (5+ years) in managing mechanical engineering projects, preferably in industrial automation or manufacturing sectors. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Proficiency with CAD software for reviewing designs and project documentation. Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and materials selection. Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, essential for remote collaboration. Fluency in Spanish; knowledge of English is highly desirable.
