About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated and resourceful Consejero/a de Reinserción Laboral to join their fully remote team. This position is dedicated to assisting individuals facing employment barriers, such as long-term unemployment, disabilities, or criminal records, in re-entering the workforce. The role involves providing personalized career counseling, job search assistance, and skill development support to clients remotely. This is a remote-first position, utilizing digital tools and platforms to connect with and support clients across various locations, including the San Luis Potosí region. The adecuado candidate will possess strong coaching abilities and a deep understanding of the job market and hiring processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct remote assessments of clients' skills, experience, and career goals.
- Provide one-on-one virtual career counseling and coaching.
- Assist clients in developing effective resumes, cover letters, and online professional profiles.
- Guide clients through remote job search strategies and application processes.
- Prepare clients for virtual interviews and provide feedback.
- Identify and connect clients with relevant training programs and skill-building opportunities.
- Liaise with employers and potential hiring managers to explore job openings for clients.
- Monitor client progress and provide ongoing support throughout the job search and integration period.




- Maintain accurate and confidential client records using secure online systems.
- Stay informed about labor market trends and employment resources.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Resources, Career Counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in career counseling, employment services, or workforce development.
- Proven ability to conduct effective remote counseling and coaching sessions.
- Strong knowledge of job search techniques, resume writing, and interview preparation.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and motivational skills.
- Proficiency in using video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams) and CRM/case management software.
- Familiarity with the employment landscape and resources relevant to individuals facing barriers to employment.
- Spanish fluency is required.
- Experience working with diverse populations is highly desirable.
