About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is seeking a seasoned Manager of Remote Real Estate Operations to lead and optimize our virtual operational framework. This is a pivotal 100% remote role, demanding a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our remote real estate agents, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a high level of client service across all transactions. Your expertise will be crucial in streamlining processes, implementing best practices, and leveraging technology to enhance productivity. We are looking for a proactive individual who can foster a collaborative and high-performing remote team culture. This position requires a deep understanding of real estate transaction management, operational excellence, and the ability to manage complex workflows from a distance. Your goal will be to drive operational efficiency and support the continued growth of our remote real estate division.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all remote real estate operations, ensuring seamless transaction processes.
- Develop, implement, and refine operational policies and procedures for remote agents.
- Supervise, mentor, and provide guidance to a team of remote real estate agents.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for operational improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
- Manage the integration and utilization of real estate technology and software platforms.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and marketing departments to support transaction closings.




- Develop training programs and resources to support the professional development of remote agents.
- Handle escalated client issues and ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.
- Drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and overall client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Proven experience in real estate operations management, preferably in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising remote staff.
- In-depth knowledge of real estate transaction processes, from listing to closing.
- Proficiency in real estate CRM software, transaction management platforms, and other relevant technologies.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
- Understanding of real estate law and compliance regulations.
