About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Design and implement strategies to improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Map and analyze current recruitment processes, identifying areas for enhancement and efficiency.
- Develop communication protocols and materials to ensure consistent and positive candidate engagement.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their unique employer value proposition and branding.
- Advise clients on best practices for interview scheduling, feedback delivery, and onboarding.
- Monitor candidate feedback and implement improvements based on insights gathered.




- Work with recruitment teams to ensure seamless execution of improved processes.
- Contribute to the development of resources and training materials related to candidate experience.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field with a focus on candidate experience or process improvement.
- Demonstrated understanding of recruitment workflows and best practices.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in process mapping, analysis, and optimization is highly valued.
- Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- Proactive, organized, and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid model within the Zapopan area.
