About the Role

Our client, a prestigious football club with a strong commitment to youth development, is seeking a passionate and visionary Director de Academia de Futbol Juvenil to lead its program in Torreón, Coahuila . This key position will be responsible for the overall strategic direction, operational management, and technical excellence of the youth academy. The Director will oversee coaching staff, player development programs, talent identification, and ensure the academy aligns with the club's philosophy and long-term objectives. Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the technical and tactical philosophy of the youth academy.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of all youth players across various age groups.
- Recruit, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of coaches and support staff.
- Establish and maintain player development pathways, from grassroots to professional levels.
- Implement comprehensive player welfare programs, including education and health support.
- Manage the academy's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
- Liaise with the club's first-team management regarding player progression and integration.
- Organize and oversee participation in national and international youth tournaments.




- Ensure adherence to all relevant football regulations and club policies.
- Promote a positive and disciplined learning environment for all academy members.

Requirements

- Extensive experience in football coaching and youth development, preferably at an academy or club level.
- UEFA A or equivalent coaching license is required.
- Demonstrated experience in managing coaching staff and developing player programs.
- Strong understanding of modern football tactics, sports science, and player psychology.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to identify and nurture young talent.
- Experience with budget management and resource allocation.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to implement long-term development plans.

- Reside in or be willing to relocate to Torreón, Coahuila .
