Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain blockchain protocols, distributed ledger technologies, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Go, Rust, or Solidity.
- Design and implement smart contracts for various use cases, ensuring security and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to define project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
- Integrate blockchain technology with existing systems and third-party applications.
- Perform code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure the reliability and stability of blockchain solutions.
- Stay current with the latest developments and trends in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and technical roadmap planning.




- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to blockchain networks and applications.
- Document technical designs, processes, and implementations.

Requirements

- Proven experience as a Blockchain Engineer or Software Engineer with a focus on blockchain (3+ years).
- Strong programming skills in languages like Go, Rust, Java, C++, or Python.
- Experience with smart contract development (Solidity, Vyper) and platforms like Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or similar.
- Understanding of distributed ledger technology, consensus algorithms, and cryptography.
- Familiarity with blockchain development tools and frameworks (e.g., Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js).
- Experience with API design and integration.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
