About the Role

Our client, a distinguished HR consulting firm, is actively seeking a specialized Automotive Recruitment Specialist to join their operations in Naucalpan, State of Mexico . This role is pivotal in supporting the vibrant automotive industry by identifying and attracting key talent, including engineers, supply chain professionals, management, and skilled technicians. The adecuado candidate possesses a deep understanding of the automotive sector's demands, exceptional sourcing capabilities, and a proven history of successful placements. Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with clients in the automotive sector to define precise hiring needs and desirable candidate profiles.
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored to attract talent within the automotive industry (e.g., R&D;, manufacturing, sales, after-sales).
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact and screening to assessment, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Build and nurture a strong network of qualified professionals within the automotive field.
- Provide clients with valuable market intelligence on automotive talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and industry trends.
- Ensure a seamless and positive recruitment experience for all stakeholders.




- Effectively utilize recruitment technology and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Work collaboratively with other consultants to share expertise and best practices.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruitment status updates.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in recruitment, with a significant focus on the automotive industry or related technical sectors.
- Demonstrated success in recruiting for roles such as automotive engineers, production managers, supply chain specialists, quality control, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of the automotive industry's dynamics, challenges, and talent requirements.
- Excellent sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and professional networking platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating strong self-management.
- Must be based in or willing to commute to Naucalpan, State of Mexico .
