About the Role

Our client, a fast-growing airline, is seeking a dedicated and efficient Agente de Operaciones de Aerolíneas to join their team at Naucalpan, State of Mexico . This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth and timely execution of daily flight schedules. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating ground operations, managing flight documentation, liaising with various departments (dispatch, maintenance, cabin crew), and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities

- Monitor flight schedules and coordinate ground operations activities.
- Prepare and distribute flight documentation, including load sheets and weather reports.
- Liaise with flight crew, ground staff, and maintenance teams to ensure timely aircraft turnaround.
- Manage passenger and baggage handling coordination.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and airline policies.
- Handle operational disruptions and emergencies effectively.
- Communicate with air traffic control and other relevant agencies.
- Maintain accurate operational records and logs.
- Assist in de-icing and other aircraft servicing coordination.




- Provide support to flight dispatch and operational control centers.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or relevant certification in aviation or logistics is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in airline operations, ground handling, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of flight operations, aircraft types, and airport procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer systems, including MS Office and airline operational software.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, effective decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work adaptable shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
- Proximity to Naucalpan, State of Mexico or willingness to relocate is essential for this on-site role.
