About the Role

Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking an experienced Gerente de Proyectos de Sistemas Empresariales (ERP/CRM) . This role is essential for overseeing the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Based in Culiacán, Sinaloa, MX , this hybrid position requires a blend of strategic planning and hands-on management, working closely with internal departments, IT teams, and external implementation partners. Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and successful implementation of ERP and CRM system projects. Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with business stakeholders. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and risks throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the configuration, customization, and integration of ERP/CRM solutions with other business systems. Develop and execute comprehensive change management and user training plans to ensure successful adoption. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Sales, Operations, IT) to align project goals with business needs. Manage relationships with ERP/CRM vendors and implementation partners, ensuring performance and adherence to contracts.



Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement. Ensure data integrity and security throughout the implementation and ongoing use of ERP/CRM systems. Prepare and present regular project status reports, updates, and recommendations to senior management.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing ERP and/or CRM implementation projects.
- Proven experience with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM).
- Strong understanding of core business processes (finance, sales, supply chain, customer service).
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and change management.
- Proficiency in project management software tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote collaboration with on-site needs.
- Experience with system integration and data migration is essential.
- Certifications in PMP, PRINCE2, or specific ERP/CRM platforms are a plus.
