About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor de Almacén y Gestión de Mercancías to oversee operations at their facility in Saltillo, Coahuila, MX . This critical role involves leading a team of warehouse associates, ensuring efficient and safe handling of goods, and maintaining high standards of inventory accuracy. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of warehouse operations, and a commitment to operational excellence. You will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, optimizing workflows, and implementing best practices to enhance productivity and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of warehouse staff. Ensure efficient receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits. Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations within the warehouse. Manage warehouse equipment and ensure its proper maintenance. Train new warehouse staff on procedures, safety, and equipment operation.



Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization for maximum efficiency. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements to achieve operational goals. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless logistics operations. Resolve any operational issues or conflicts within the team.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree in a related field is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse supervision or management. Proven experience in managing inventory, receiving, and shipping operations. Strong knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and best practices. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Ability to work versátil hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary. Physical ability to perform warehouse duties, including lifting. Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Saltillo, Coahuila, MX.
