Key Responsibilities

- Scout and identify emerging talent in various sports disciplines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with athletes, coaches, and sports organizations.
- Negotiate employment contracts, endorsement deals, and other agreements on behalf of clients.
- Manage athletes' careers, including scheduling, travel, and financial planning advice.
- Provide guidance and support to clients regarding their professional development and personal branding.
- Stay informed about player contracts, league rules, and industry trends.
- Represent clients' interests ethically and professionally at all times.
- Collaborate with marketing and legal teams to ensure comprehensive client support.

Requirements

- Proven experience (3+ years) as a sports agent, player representative,



or in a related role within sports management or talent representation.
- Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and securing deals for athletes.
- Strong knowledge of the sports industry, including relevant leagues, regulations, and market dynamics.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A strong network of contacts within the sports community is highly desirable.
- High ethical standards and a commitment to client advocacy.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Business, Law, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Willingness to travel as needed and work a adaptable schedule, including evenings and weekends.
