About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Research, design, and implement innovative digital pedagogical strategies and active learning methodologies.

- Develop resources, workshops, and best-practice guides for faculty on effective digital teaching.
- Evaluate the impact of implemented pedagogical strategies on student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with instructional designers and curriculum developers to embed active learning principles into online modules.
- Stay abreast of the latest research and trends in digital pedagogy, learning sciences, and educational technology.
- Facilitate communities of practice for educators interested in active learning and digital innovation.
- Contribute to the strategic vision for digital learning and pedagogical innovation within the organization.




- Assist in the selection and evaluation of educational technologies that support active learning.

Requirements

- Master's or Doctoral degree in Education, Pedagogy, Educational Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in educational development, instructional design, or teaching, with a focus on digital pedagogy and active learning.
- Deep understanding of various active learning methodologies (e.g., project-based learning, inquiry-based learning, flipped classroom).
- Proven experience in designing and delivering professional development for educators.
- Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and a broad range of educational technologies.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to translate complex pedagogical concepts into practical applications for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively in a virtual team.
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods in education is a plus.
