About the Role

Our client is seeking a talented and user-centric Analista de Experiencia de Usuario (UX) to join their product development team. This hybrid role is based in San Luis Potosí, San Luis Potosí, and focuses on designing intuitive, engaging, and effective user experiences for digital products. You will be responsible for conducting user research, creating user personas, developing wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing to ensure products meet user needs and business goals. The idóneo candidate possesses a strong understanding of UX principles, a passion for user advocacy, and proficiency in UX design tools. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and contextual inquiries, to understand user needs and behaviors.
- Develop user personas, user journey maps, and user flow diagrams.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for web and mobile applications.
- Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that align with brand guidelines.
- Plan and conduct usability testing sessions, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers,



designers, and engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Advocate for the user by translating insights into actionable design recommendations.
- Stay updated on the latest UX/UI trends, best practices, and technologies.
- Contribute to the development of design systems and style guides.
- Present design concepts and findings to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX design, product design, or a related role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX research, design process, and successful product implementations.
- Proficiency in UX design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Experience conducting various forms of user research and usability testing.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in Spanish.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- Experience with front-end development concepts is a plus.
