Key Responsibilities

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and efficient execution. Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed. Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions effectively to all stakeholders, including executive leadership. Implement and oversee project management best practices and methodologies, ensuring adherence to quality standards. Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, resolve issues,



and drive project progress. Manage vendor relationships and third-party contributions to projects. Ensure successful adoption and integration of digital solutions post-implementation.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager, with a strong focus on digital transformation and IT projects. Demonstrated experience in managing complex, multi-faceted projects from initiation to closure. Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project). Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience applying them in practice. Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent is highly desirable. Must be comfortable and effective working in a fully remote capacity.
