About the Role

Our client is looking for a talented and innovative Experto en Desarrollo de Plataformas de E-learning to join their expanding educational technology division in Culiacán, Sinaloa . This role is central to the design, development, and maintenance of our cutting-edge online learning platforms. You will work with a team of developers, designers, and instructional specialists to create robust, scalable, and user-friendly e-learning solutions. The adecuado candidate possesses strong technical skills, a deep understanding of learning management systems (LMS), and a passion for creating engaging digital educational experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities for our e-learning platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform requirements and technical specifications.
- Develop and integrate custom modules and tools to enhance the learning experience.
- Manage the deployment and maintenance of the LMS and other related educational technologies.
- Ensure platform performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the e-learning environment.
- Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in e-learning development and edtech.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for platform architecture and features.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for platform improvements.




- Optimize platform performance for speed and user experience across different devices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in web development, with a focus on e-learning platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, Python, JavaScript, and associated frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Django, React, Angular).
- Experience with database management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Strong understanding of LMS architecture (e.g., Moodle, Canvas, Blackboard) and standards like SCORM and xAPI.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles for web applications.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team environment.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
