About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct , a distinguished firm in Consultoría de selección de personal , is actively recruiting for a dedicated Consultor de Relaciones con Candidatos (Remoto) to join their fully remote workforce. This role is pivotal in nurturing relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the entire recruitment process. You will be responsible for engaging with a talent pool, communicating opportunities, and representing the firm and its clients with professionalism. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from any location in Mexico. The idóneo candidate is a highly organized communicator with a passion for building connections and a deep understanding of talent engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates across various industries and skill sets.
- Proactively engage with candidates, providing information about current and future opportunities.
- Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates interacting with the firm.
- Manage candidate databases and track engagement efforts.
- Collaborate with recruitment consultants to understand talent needs and pipeline requirements.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies to attract diverse talent pools.
- Represent the firm's values and professionalism in all candidate interactions.




- Contribute to employer branding initiatives through consistent and positive candidate communication.

Requirements

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent sourcing, HR, or a related client-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other recruitment tools for candidate management.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- A proactive approach to relationship building and candidate engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Must be authorized to work in Mexico and have a reliable remote work setup.
