Key Responsibilities

- Develop, train, and deploy predictive models using machine learning and AI techniques.
- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies relevant for prediction.
- Evaluate model performance and implement improvements for accuracy and reliability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand analytical needs and define project scope.
- Present findings and insights from predictive models in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay current with the latest advancements in predictive analytics, machine learning, and AI.




- Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to validate model effectiveness.
- Ensure the ethical and responsible use of AI in predictive modeling.
- Maintain and update existing predictive models as data or business needs evolve.

Requirements

- Master's or Ph.D. in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data science or predictive analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Python or R, including relevant libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, pandas, statsmodels).
- Experience with machine learning algorithms for classification, regression, time-series analysis.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
- Experience working with large datasets and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.
