Our client, WhatJobs Direct , is seeking an experienced and motivated Corredor de Seguros - Especialista en Autos to join their fully remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to clients seeking automotive insurance solutions. You will advise clients on the best coverage options, manage their policies, and assist with claims processing, all through virtual channels. This position is adecuado for a driven sales professional who thrives in a remote environment and possesses deep knowledge of the auto insurance market. Key Responsibilities

- Consult with clients virtually to understand their automotive insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
- Explain policy details, including deductibles, limits, and exclusions, in a clear and concise manner.
- Assist clients in the application process and ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation.
- Manage existing client portfolios, including policy renewals and adjustments.
- Provide support and guidance to clients during the claims process.
- Develop strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base within the auto insurance sector.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting auto insurance.




- Utilize company-provided technology and systems for client management and sales tracking.
- Foster strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service.

Requirements

- Proven experience as an insurance agent or broker, with a specialization in auto insurance.
- Relevant insurance licensing required for operating in Mexico.
- Strong knowledge of various auto insurance products and market offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in using virtual communication tools and CRM software.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and a track record of meeting targets.
- High school diploma required; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
- A dedicated home office space with a stable internet connection.
