Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement the organization's overarching social impact strategy, aligning with mission and long‑term goals.
- Lead the integration of sustainability principles (environmental, social, governance) into all organizational activities and programs.
- Identify emerging social trends and opportunities for innovation and strategic intervention.
- Oversee the design and execution of pilot projects and new initiatives to test innovative approaches.
- Build and manage strategic partnerships with key stakeholders, including foundations, government bodies, corporations, and other NGOs.
- Provide strategic guidance and mentorship to program teams to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement.
- Develop frameworks for measuring and reporting on social impact and sustainability performance.
- Lead fundraising efforts for strategic initiatives and ensure financial sustainability of programs.




- Represent the organization in high‑level forums, conferences, and public discussions on social strategy and sustainability.
- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, and impact‑driven decision‑making throughout the organization.

Requirements

- Master's degree or PhD in Public Policy, Sustainable Development, Business Administration (with a focus on CSR/ESG), or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in the social sector, non‑profit management, or corporate social responsibility.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing long‑term strategies with measurable social impact.
- In‑depth knowledge of sustainability frameworks (e.g., SDGs, ESG) and their application in program design and organizational strategy.
- Proven experience in partnership building, stakeholder management, and fundraising at an executive level.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience engaging diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage complex projects, and drive organizational change.
- Experience working effectively in a remote, international environment.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
