Key Responsibilities

- Assist in scouting and preparing filming locations.
- Help manage and organize production equipment and supplies.
- Support the crew on set during filming, including carrying equipment, setting up shots, and managing talent.
- Assist with logistical arrangements, such as transportation and catering for the production team.
- Participate in script breakdown and scheduling tasks under supervision.
- Help with organizing and archiving raw footage and project assets.
- Support the post-production team with tasks like video logging, transcription, and basic editing assistance.




- Conduct research for upcoming projects as required.
- Ensure clear communication between different departments and team members.
- Maintain a safe and organized working environment on set and in the office.

Requirements

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Film Production, Audiovisual Communication, Media Arts, or a related field.
- A strong passion for filmmaking and visual storytelling.
- Basic understanding of camera equipment, lighting, and sound recording is a plus.
- Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in Spanish.
- Willingness to work versátil hours, including evenings and weekends, as production schedules demand.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
