About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Provide remote technical support and expert consultation to clients and internal teams on chemical processes.
- Analyze process data, troubleshoot operational issues, and recommend effective solutions via virtual channels.
- Assist in the design and optimization of chemical processes, utilizing process simulation and modeling tools.
- Develop technical documentation, best practice guides, and training materials for remote delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams globally to ensure seamless project execution and issue resolution.
- Monitor process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, offering remote guidance.
- Stay updated on industry best practices, new technologies, and relevant regulations.
- Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences through various virtual platforms.




- Contribute to the development of remote support tools and knowledge-sharing platforms.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in chemical process engineering, operations, or technical support.
- Proven experience in process troubleshooting, optimization, and scale-up.
- Proficiency with process simulation software (e.g., Aspen Plus, HYSYS) and data analysis tools.
- Excellent understanding of chemical engineering principles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Comfortable utilizing various remote collaboration tools (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, project management software).
- Prior experience supporting operations in Saltillo, Coahuila or similar industrial regions is beneficial but not mandatory due to the remote nature of the role.
