About the Role

Our client, a growing manufacturing enterprise located in Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas , is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Controlador de Calidad de Manufactura . This role is critical for upholding the high standards of our products. The Quality Controller will be responsible for inspecting raw materials, in-process goods, and finished products to ensure they meet all specified quality criteria and regulatory requirements. This position requires a keen eye for detail, a systematic approach to inspection, and the ability to identify and report deviations from standards. Key Responsibilities

- Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, components, and finished products according to established procedures.
- Verify that products meet specified quality standards, tolerances, and performance requirements.
- Document inspection results accurately and maintain quality records.
- Identify and report non-conforming products or materials to the Quality Manager.
- Participate in the investigation of quality issues and assist in the development of corrective actions.
- Calibrate and maintain inspection and testing equipment.




- Ensure compliance with quality management systems (e.g., ISO standards).
- Collaborate with production teams to promote a culture of quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Assist in the training of production personnel on quality standards and procedures.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in quality control or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques.
- Understanding of quality management systems and standards.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good documentation and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Tuxtla Gutiérrez, Chiapas .
