About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished and strategic Gerente de Relaciones con Inversores y Comunicación Financiera to join their organization. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within Mexico, contributing to our client's financial communications and investor relations efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive investor relations strategies, managing communication with shareholders, analysts, and the financial media. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent communication of financial performance and strategic direction. This role requires a deep understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and regulatory requirements, coupled with exceptional communication skills. As a remote employee, you will leverage digital tools and platforms to foster strong relationships with the investment community, representing our client in the Medios y Relaciones Públicas sphere with a financial focus. We are looking for a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly ethical professional who can translate complex financial information into clear and compelling narratives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the company's investor relations strategy and communications plan.
- Manage relationships with institutional investors, individual shareholders, sell-side analysts, and financial media.
- Prepare financial reports, earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.
- Organize and lead investor meetings, conference calls, and roadshows.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and shareholder sentiment.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant financial disclosure regulations and reporting requirements.
- Act as a key point of contact for all investor inquiries.




- Develop clear and consistent messaging regarding financial performance, strategy, and outlook.
- Advise senior management on investor relations matters and market perceptions.
- Contribute to the company's overall communication strategy, particularly concerning financial matters.

Requirements

- MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations, financial analysis, investment banking, or corporate finance.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful investor relations programs.
- In-depth knowledge of financial markets, accounting principles, and capital markets regulations.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English, including presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and disclosure requirements.
- Experience managing investor events and conference calls.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and ethical conduct.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with investor relations management software and tools.
