About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architectural design process for industrial projects, from conceptualization through to final construction documentation.
- Collaborate closely with clients, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies to ensure project objectives are met.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections, and specifications using advanced CAD and BIM software.
- Conduct site analyses and feasibility studies to inform design decisions and identify potential challenges.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
- Review and approve shop drawings and submittals from contractors.




- Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior architects and design team members.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards specific to industrial facilities in Tijuana .
- Present design proposals and project updates to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a significant focus on industrial or manufacturing facilities.
- Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and other BIM tools.
- Demonstrated experience in project management, including budget and schedule control.
- In-depth knowledge of construction materials, methods, and building systems, particularly for industrial applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in Tijuana, Baja California , or similar urban industrial settings is a plus.
- Professional architectural license (e.g., Colegio de Arquitectos de México) is highly desirable.
