About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and driven Especialista en Gestión de Inventario y Almacenes to join their operations in Zapopan, Jalisco . This role is pivotal in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing warehouse space, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods within our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing best practices in inventory control and warehousing, contributing directly to operational efficiency and cost reduction. Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts and physical inventories.
- Implement and manage inventory control procedures to minimize discrepancies and losses.
- Optimize warehouse layout and space utilization to improve efficiency and safety.
- Oversee the receiving, stocking, and picking processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements and manage orders.
- Train and supervise warehouse staff on inventory management and operational procedures.
- Analyze inventory data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend adjustments.




- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to ensure product availability and meet customer demands.

Requirements

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in inventory control and warehouse management.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.
- Strong understanding of inventory control principles and best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Physical ability to work in a warehouse environment, including lifting and moving goods as needed.
- Experience in a hybrid work model, balancing on-site and remote responsibilities.
