Mandatory Skills

- Test Automation & Quality Engineering
- Automation Frameworks: experience with at least one of the following: WebdriverIO Selenium Playwright Cypress REST Assured
- QA / SDET Team Leadership

Preferred Skills

- Programming: Java, Python, or JavaScript
- CI/CD, DevOps & Harness
- API, Integration & Regression Testing

Nice to Have

- Test Management & Defect Tracking Tools
- AI-Powered Automation: Kiro / Cursor
- Cloud, Containers & Infrastructure as Code
