About the Role

Our client, WhatJobs Direct, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Farmacéutico/a Senior to join their innovative research and development team. This pivotal role will be instrumental in the advancement of pharmaceutical products, contributing to critical stages of clinical trials and regulatory submissions. Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the design and implementation of clinical trial protocols, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and Good Clinical Practice (GCP).
- Manage and analyze complex clinical data, generating comprehensive reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D;, medical affairs, and regulatory affairs, to align on project objectives and timelines.
- Provide expert scientific and technical guidance on drug development processes, from pre-clinical stages through post-market surveillance.
- Contribute to the preparation and submission of regulatory dossiers to health authorities.
- Mentor junior pharmacists and research associates,



fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in pharmaceutical research, therapeutic areas, and regulatory landscapes.

Requirements

- Doctorate degree in Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical research and development, with a strong focus on clinical trial management.
- Proven track record of successful project management in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
- In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, EMA, COFEPRIS) and ICH guidelines.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Proficiency in data analysis software and clinical trial management systems.
