Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop mechanical systems for HVAC equipment, including air handlers, chillers, and control systems.




- Perform thermal and fluid dynamic simulations to analyze and optimize system performance.
- Select appropriate components, materials, and manufacturing processes for HVAC systems.
- Create detailed technical drawings, schematics, and specifications using CAD software.
- Collaborate remotely with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software developers, and product managers.
- Conduct performance testing and validation of prototypes and production units.
- Troubleshoot design issues and implement effective solutions to ensure product reliability.
- Stay current with industry standards, codes, and emerging technologies in HVAC design.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal review and external stakeholders.

Requirements

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in mechanical design, specifically with HVAC systems or similar thermal fluid applications.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., ANSYS, SolidWorks Simulation).
- Strong understanding of thermodynamics, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics.
- Demonstrated experience in component selection and system integration.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
