What You'll Do

- Manage production incidents and operational issues across critical Retail Technology platforms.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolution efforts to minimize business impact and maintain high service availability.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions that improve long-term platform stability and reliability.
- Support production releases, service transitions, and operational readiness activities.
- Drive automation and observability initiatives that reduce manual effort and recurring incidents.
- Partner with engineering teams, vendors, and business stakeholders to identify risks and continuously improve platform performance.
- Champion operational excellence and SRE best practices across application and infrastructure environments.

What We're Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in:

- Strong experience managing complex production incidents in enterprise environments.

- Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, automation, and modern engineering practices.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications, infrastructure, or customer-facing platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
